The Role

We are seeking a thoughtful, detail-driven Client Service Associate who takes pride in delivering high-touch, white-glove service to both clients and internal teams. In this role, you will serve as a critical operational and client-service partner—ensuring that Relationship Managers, investment professionals, and firm leadership have the information, support, and structure they need to serve clients at the highest level.

You will be entrusted with sensitive client information, complex administrative workflows, and time-sensitive requests. Your ability to communicate clearly, anticipate needs, manage up, and maintain exceptional accuracy will directly influence the client experience and the firm’s reputation. This is a role for someone who is steady, reliable, and committed to excellence in every interaction!

What You’ll Do

• Develop strong client relationships through consistent, proactive communication.

• Support Relationship Managers by preparing materials, managing client data, and tracking client activity.

• Prepare and process custodian and compliance paperwork.

• Coordinate document execution through DocuSign and maintain organized, accurate electronic files.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client questions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with custodians and third-party managers.

• Support financial planning efforts by gathering data and assisting in the creation of planning materials (experience with eMoney is a plus).

• Uphold compliance standards and follow established processes within a regulated environment.

What You Bring

• A servant-hearted mindset—anticipating needs before they arise.

• Comfort working with clients and colleagues at all levels, with professionalism and maturity.

• Exceptional communication skills; you believe over-communication is better than silence.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-driven approach.

• High standards for organization, accuracy, and follow-through.

• Ability to blend humility with assertiveness—tactful, confident, and thoughtful.

• Understanding of compliance expectations in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• Two to three years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client service required.

• Experience or knowledge working with custodians a plus such as Schwab, Pershing and Fidelity.

• Experience using eMoney preferred.

• Experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients is a plus.

• Industry licensing preferred.

• Applicable professional designations desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with skills and experience, including:

• Base salary aligned with market and experience.

• Performance-based incentives.

• Professional development support.

• Opportunity for long-term growth within a growing firm.

Why EQV Advisory
